Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us when you send a booking request:

- Stay details: your check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, pets, and any message you include.
Our web host records standard technical data with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. If we add website analytics, Google Analytics 4 will measure how visitors find and use the site.

- To arrange and manage your stay, including arrival details and follow-up about your reservation.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our form processor (Formspree), our web host, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a booking request comes from a person and not an automated script. They use your data only to provide their service to us.
- Government authorities or other parties when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
We keep your information within our business and use it only for your stay.
Your Rights and Choices
You may ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we must keep for tax or legal purposes.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults planning a stay. We collect booking requests only from guests 18 and older.
Security
The site and the booking form use an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only the people who manage reservations can see your booking request. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.

This site links to our listings on Airbnb and VRBO. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, which govern any information you share with them.
